We realise that you may never need to use this warranty, but if you do, we also understand that you expect promt, efficient and friendly service.
At ASKO we are committed to offering all three of them. Therefore we have formulated a very comprehensive warranty.
Any parts found to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship till be replaced at no cost to you during the warranty period. This includes parts, labour and travelling costs within the normal ASKO or authorised service agents serviced area.
1) This warranty is in addition and does not affect your statutory rights.
2) Proof of purchase must be produced for Warranty Service or upon request.
3) Warranty Service is to be carried out by ASKO or an accredited service agent only.
4) This warranty is not transferable and applies only to those goods sold within Australia.
Exclusions from this warranty
5) Damage or faults caused by incorrect usage, supply service(voltage/water), cleaning of filters, incorrect detergents, baskets, globes, removal of blockages, neglect or/and abuse, installation or modifications other than those for which the appliance is designed.
6) Any additional travelling costs outside the normal area serviced by ASKO or an accredited service agent.
7) ASKO or an accredited service agent reserve the right to repair or replace any defective parts as deemed necessary. Replaced parts become the property of ASKO Appliances (Aust) Pty Ltd.
8) No responsibility will be accepted for the appliance loss or damage, direct or indirect, or for personal injury or for any additional expenses relating to or caused by the appliance.
9) For use other than in domestic purpose the warranty, including parts and labour, is for a period of 3 (three) months.
