ProCare+ is a dedicated after sales service which offers product education, installation verification and a product health check-up. To be eligible,  a minimum of $15,000 of cooking appliances (ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and refrigeration) must be purchased in a single transaction.

Alongside the in-home visit and demonstration, you will also receive a luxury binder containing kitchen and appliance tips, recipes, Adam Liaw cooking advice, FAQ’s, ASKO history and much more. Adam Liaw’s practical cookbook, The Zen Kitchen, which guides home chefs through Japanese cooking will also be included in the package.  

ProCare+ is our health check-up, we make sure your kitchen appliances are working to their full potential and come to your home to show you how to use your new kitchen appliances.
